Maria b latest collection “lady of Amritsar” is the newest in The MARIA B Bridal Couture Week Collection 2019. This new collection of Maria B is inspired by a painting Maria saw when she was learning art at the age of 16.
She told that the painting of “lady of amritsar” still lingers in her heart and she remembers every single detail about the woman. She described that the lady in the painting wore a salmon pink choli with teal lehenga. To give a tribute to that painting of “Lady of Amritsar”, Maria B started studying the finest pieces of art of that era. She had begun her research on what people of that era actually wore and gathered 16 beautiful pieces for inspiation of her latest collection.
Also, Maria had to see and go through many costumes that are now used in theaters to represent that era of the world. We are highly moved by the inspiration behind Maria B latest collection lady of Amritsar. And very excited to see the ancient work on the Maria B new collection.
